Return Policy
At Sipmax International, we take utmost care in ensuring that all medical products are delivered in perfect condition, securely packaged, and compliant with regulatory standards. Due to the nature of pharmaceuticals and our compliance with UAE Ministry of Health and Dubai Free Zone regulations, returns and refunds are governed by the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Return
Due to health, safety, and hygiene concerns, returns are generally not accepted for the following categories:
- Temperature-sensitive drugs and injections
- Opened, unsealed, or used medicines
- Prescription medications (unless incorrectly delivered or damaged)
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Incorrect Product Delivered
- Damaged or Defective Product
- Expired Product Delivered (on arrival)
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of damage/defect is mandatory
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Cold chain/temperature-controlled items
- Medicines that are part of custom import or export orders
- Products once dispatched without cancellation
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will evaluate your claim within 2 business days
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only for:
- Approved return requests
- Out-of-stock/cancelled items before dispatch
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval
- The refund is issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference
Note: Bank processing times may vary.
5. International Orders & Compliance
For exported orders from India to Dubai:
- Returns are not applicable once products have cleared customs, unless defective on arrival
- Importers are responsible for checking local eligibility of the product at the time of order
- Any rejection due to customs, health authority restrictions, or wrong declarations will not be eligible for refund
