At Sipmax International, we are committed to ensuring timely and secure delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical products to our customers in Dubai and across the UAE. We operate in compliance with UAE regulations and export all medicines directly from India through authorized logistics channels.
- Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, excluding Fridays and public holidays in India and UAE.
- Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipment tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
- We partner with reliable international courier services (such as DHL, Aramex, or equivalent) approved for pharma shipments.
- Estimated delivery timeline is 5–8 business days, depending on customs clearance and local delivery schedules in Dubai or UAE Free Zones.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.
- Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping may be subsidized or arranged through freight forwarding, as applicable.
- Customs & Import Compliance
- All products are shipped with necessary commercial invoices, batch details, and temperature handling instructions (if required).
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered medications comply with UAE import regulations.
- In the rare event of a package being held or delayed by UAE customs, we will assist with documentation and coordination but cannot guarantee clearance beyond our scope.
- Cold Chain & Sensitive Products
- Temperature-sensitive products (like injections or biologicals) are shipped using validated cold chain packaging with appropriate labeling and insulation.
- These items are dispatched only from Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.
- Shipping Restrictions
- Products will not be shipped to any restricted zones or non-compliant recipients as per UAE laws.
- Prescription medications require a valid prescription and patient ID, which must be submitted before shipping.
- Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- If a shipment arrives damaged, missing, or significantly delayed, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
- We will coordinate with the courier and offer refunds, reshipment, or store credit where applicable.
