Triomune 30 Tablets Triomune 30 is a fixed-dose triple antiretroviral combination therapy containing Lamivudine, Stavudine, and Nevirapine, indicated for the treatment of HIV-1 infection. Lamivudine and stavudine are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) that undergo intracellular conversion to their active triphosphates, which competitively inhibit viral reverse transcriptase and cause viral DNA chain termination. Nevirapine is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) that directly binds to HIV-1 reverse transcriptase and inhibits viral RNA-dependent DNA polymerase activity by disrupting the catalytic site.
