Xapavir-LT Tablets Xapavir-LT is a triple-drug fixed-dose combination containing Dolutegravir (an integrase strand transfer inhibitor), Lamivudine (a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor), and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate (a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor). Dolutegravir inhibits HIV integrase by binding to the active site, preventing viral DNA integration into host cellular DNA. Lamivudine and Tenofovir DF inhibit viral reverse transcriptase, causing DNA chain termination. It is indicated as a complete single-tablet regimen for the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) infection in adults and pediatric patients weighing at least 40 kg.
