ALUNBRIG 180 mg Tablets ALUNBRIG contains Brigatinib, a synthetic, orally bioavailable tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK), ROS1, and insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF-1R). Brigatinib inhibits autophosphorylation of ALK and ALK-mediated phosphorylation of downstream signaling proteins (STAT3, AKT, ERK1/2, and S6), interrupting tumor cell proliferation and survival. It demonstrates potent in vitro activity against multiple mutant forms of ALK resistant to crizotinib, including G1202R and L1196M. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
