Dyronib 20 Tablets Dyronib 20 contains Dasatinib, an oral multi-kinase inhibitor. It works by binding competitively to the ATP-binding site of the BCR-ABL protein and other non-receptor tyrosine kinases including SRC family kinases, c-KIT, EPHA2, and PDGFR-beta. By blocking these signaling pathways, it stops the growth and division of cancerous white blood cells. It is indicated for treating Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in patients who are newly diagnosed or resistant/intolerant to previous therapies like imatinib.
