Glenza 40mg Capsules Glenza 40 contains Enzalutamide, an androgen receptor inhibitor that acts on different steps in the androgen receptor signaling pathway. Enzalutamide competitively inhibits androgen binding to androgen receptors, inhibits androgen receptor nuclear translocation, and inhibits androgen receptor-mediated DNA binding. This multi-step inhibition suppresses prostate cancer cell proliferation and induces cell death. Glenza 40 is indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC).
