Cazanat 20mg Tablets

Cazanat 20mg Tablets Cazanat 20 contains Cabozantinib, a small-molecule multi-kinase inhibitor that targets several receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumor oncogenesis, metastasis, and angiogenesis. Its primary targets include MET (hepatocyte growth factor receptor), VEGFR-1, -2, and -3 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptors), AXL, RET, KIT, and FLT3. By blocking receptor autophosphorylation and downstream signal transduction, Cabozantinib suppresses endothelial cell migration, capillary tube formation, tumor growth, and invasive metastatic progression. Cazanat 20 is indicated for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients previously treated with sorafenib, and progressive, metastatic medullary thyroid cancer (MTC).
