Everbliss 5 mg Tablets Everbliss 5 mg contains Everolimus, an inhibitor of mTOR (mechanistic target of rapamycin), specifically targeting the mTORC1 complex. By binding to intracellular protein FKBP-12, it inhibits downstream signaling pathways (S6K1 and 4E-BP1), leading to a reduction in protein synthesis, cell growth, proliferation, angiogenesis, and glucose uptake. It is indicated for the treatment of advanced hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer (in combination with exemestane), progressive neuroendocrine tumors of pancreatic, gastrointestinal, or lung origin, advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) following anti-VEGF therapy, and subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (SEGA) or renal angiomyolipoma associated with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC).
