MAVENCLAD® (mavenclad) is a prescription medicine used to treat certain types of cancer in adults and children 12 years of age and older.

Warnings

• Do not use MAVENCLAD if you are allergic to it or any of its ingredients.
• MAVENCLAD may cause serious immune system problems. Call your healthcare provider right away if you have signs of an immune system problem such as fever, rash, or trouble breathing.

• Immune system problems: Serious immune system problems may occur. Seek medical help immediately if you have signs of an immune system problem.

Common Side Effects

• Before using MAVENCLAD, your healthcare provider should show you how to use it properly.
• Discuss with your healthcare provider how to manage side effects such as fatigue and rash.
