Polivy 30 mg Injection Polivy contains Polatuzumab vedotin, a CD79b-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody covalently linked via a protease-cleavable linker to monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a potent microtubule-disrupting antimitotic agent. Upon binding to CD79b expressed on surface B-cells, the complex is internalized, and MMAE is intracellularly released via proteolytic cleavage. Intracellular MMAE binds to tubulin, inhibiting microtubule polymerization and inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. It is indicated in combination with chemotherapy for the treatment of adult patients with previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or relapsed/refractory DLBCL.
