Regonat 40mg Tablets

Regonat 40mg Tablets Regonat contains Regorafenib, an oral multi-kinase inhibitor that targets a broad spectrum of receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis (VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3, TIE2), oncogenesis (KIT, RET, RAF-1, BRAF), and the tumor microenvironment (PDGFR-beta, FGFR1). By potently inhibiting these enzymatic pathways, Regorafenib suppresses endothelial proliferation, capillary tube formation, tumor vascularization, and tumor cell growth. Regonat is indicated for the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) previously treated with standard therapies, advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) unresponsive to prior imatinib and sunitinib treatment, and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) previously treated with sorafenib.
