ZYTORVI 240 mg Injection ZYTORVI contains Toripalimab, a recombinant humanized IgG4 kappa monoclonal antibody directed against the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. It blocks the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), thereby preventing PD-1-mediated inhibition of the immune response, reactivating T-cell-mediated anti-tumor immune activity, and inhibiting tumor growth. It is indicated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), as first-line treatment in combination with chemotherapy, or as monotherapy for recurrent or metastatic NPC with disease progression on or after platinum-containing chemotherapy.
