Dyronib 70 Tablets Dyronib 70 contains Dasatinib, an oral multi-kinase inhibitor. It acts by binding competitively to the ATP-binding site of the BCR-ABL protein, as well as SRC family kinases (SRC, LCK, YES, FYN), c-KIT, EPHA2, and PDGFR-beta. By inhibiting these active tyrosine kinases, it blocks the signal transduction pathways essential for malignant cell growth and survival. It is indicated for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in patients with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy, including imatinib.
