Dyronib 50 Tablets Dyronib contains Dasatinib, an oral multi-kinase inhibitor. It functions primarily by inhibiting the BCR-ABL kinase enzyme, as well as SRC family kinases (such as SRC, LCK, YES, FYN), c-KIT, EPHA2, and PDGFR-$\beta$. By competing for the ATP-binding site of these oncogenic tyrosine kinases, it halts downstream signal transduction pathways that drive cell proliferation and survival in abnormal white blood cells. It is indicated for the treatment of newly diagnosed or resistant/intolerant Philadelphia chromosome-positive (pH+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and pH+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
