Pomalid 4 mg Capsules Pomalid 4 mg contains Pomalidomide, a thalidomide analogue with immunomodulatory, anti-angiogenic, and direct anti-myeloma properties. It works by inhibiting the proliferation of myeloma cells, inducing apoptosis, inhibiting blood vessel formation (angiogenesis), and enhancing T-cell and Natural Killer (NK) cell-mediated immunity. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior therapies, including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor.
