Lenva 10 mg Capsules

Lenva 10 mg Capsules Lenva 10 mg contains Lenvatinib, a synthetic, orally active multiple receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor. It selectively inhibits the kinase activities of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3) and fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3, FGFR4), as well as platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRα), KIT, and RET. This inhibition blocks tumor angiogenesis, vascular permeability, and malignant cell proliferation. It is indicated for the treatment of locally recurrent or metastatic, progressive, radioiodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC), unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) (in combination with pembrolizumab or everolimus).
